Truckin mag aka Primedia for sale!?

Primedia's 73 enthusiast magazines, 90 enthusiast websites and 65 events are up for sale to the highest bidder. In an effort to reduce the company's $1.3 billion debt, Primedia hopes to fetch $1 billion from the sale.

Who will end up with our favorites, "Truckin'", "Sport Truck", "Truck Trend", "Four Wheeler", and "4Wheel & Off-Road"? Only time will tell.

Every one that works for the truck mags watch your A** whenever there is a sale of a company. They layoff people before and after the sale. If I was working for any of the mags, I wouldn't be buying a new car or home until the dust settles. Let's hope for the BEST!

i hope whoever buys it takes all the damn boat shit out of it and goes back to featuring what the mag is called,trucks

I don't understand who would pay 1 bil for a 500 mil a year company... even with an optomistic 100 mil profit, that's 10X earnings... I don't think you can finance that and make money....

ok what about minitruckin? I didnt see their name mentioned anywhere but they are primedia as well, that would be the ultimate blow to the Truck scene as a whole to loose 80% of our magazines so lets all pray for the best
