how u doing guys im going to open a lil custom car building shop,, i whant to knlw about prices like for suspension and body work what can i charge.. im good at it

im gonna warn you right now..prepared to be flamed and hated on by 90 percent of the people on the forums..for one..you posted this twice...second..you appear to be new and dont have any pics or info in your profile..and havent posted any of your work..so im just warning you to get ready for the bashing your gonna get real soon

haha. Seriously though. You will probably need to start off doing really good work, for a good price. Once your work has proved itself, and you start to make a name for your shop, then you will be able to charge more. But you should have a solid portfolio of work you have done already (your rides, friends rides etc) and be willing to work for an affordable price in order to gain a customer base.

Lots of people think they are 'Good At it'. You need to be able to prove it, and have a good reason (price/past rides) for people to come to your shop over a well established one.

my advise is make your daily driver your advertising, make sure you do it from top to bottom, and make sure its done right, if you cant build something bada$$ and reliable- dont waste your time screwin up peoples rides
