Could really use your help right now wheels guys

So i have the 04 f-150 heratige wich is the same wheel lug and offset as the 97-03 f-150s, so iknowim lookin at 5x5 or 5x135mm. Im going to buy rims tomorrow and my truck is all apart and its winter so im not taking it with me and i know if i dont buy the wheels now ill waste my money on beer and hookers, so my question is, What is the correct offset for me to run on either a 22x9 or 22x9.5" wheel, Obviously im bagged and bodydropped so i wanna get this right the first time so i need your guys help who KNOW what your talking about.
