88 4.3 in a 95

i was wondering if anyone know if the same 4.3 in an 88 s-10 4 wheel drive is the same as in a 95. its looks to be. both trucks are 4 whee drive. so dont be hating.

THE SHORT BLOCK SHOULD BE MIGHT BE A DIFFRENCE IN HEADS AND FOR SURE THE INTAKE AND SUCH WILL BE DIFFRENT

really. it had the throttle body on it to. i think and i could be worng but they didnt go to multi port til 96 or 97 when they went to the newer front end. also what will i need to put a new lights and grill on it and front and rear bumpers. i like the newer style better lol.

you could get a 4.3 vortec as early as 92.
but 88 is a 4.3z,and the 95 could be a 4.3z also.so if they are not cpi then they are the same
