Front Bumper

I have a 86 yota that i am wanting to put a new style 4x4 bumper on. I noticed that my bumper bolts from the front and the 90's model ones bolt from underneath. Could someone advise me on how to get this done and what i need to do.

Could you possible wled it on from underneath so its hidin?? Just an idea.
