fuel cell questions

1. I see just about all stainless but i want to keep prices down so is plastic also a good way to go?2. Do i have to have the safty foam?3. Whats everything i need to hook it up to a stock 4.3 throttle body in my 1990 S10.Any answers will be great I need this now so the progress on my truck can pick back up.
