Serious Gap Problem

So i put my truck away for the winter. I dropped it down onto blocks with the tires still touching the ground so the bags wouldnt be fully deflatted or fully extended. It has been sitting like that for a few months now and i noticed this weekend that the gap between the bottom of the cab and the box and the top of the cap and the box are way off. The bottom gap is seriously tight and the top gap is huge.

I have an Oasis compressor in the back left corner of the bed, would that be the reason the box is drooping so much? I dont understand why it is beginning to droop, because the wheels are still on the ground.

Any help would be great.
