just a rebuild on the motor, it will be SFBD enought to lay door, but not cut for it, they make pavement for that full out build, not a resto. If your asking about the motor, about details, the block and heads are getting painted HOK sunset pearl. All brackets and screws, valve covers, pulleys, and intake are getting black chrome, and the accessories ate getting black powder coat.

yep, saw that, hes using a stock frame though, they are an odd shape to lay out on. But, oddly enough, his name is the same as mine.

LOL he told me 800 was too much to rebuild the motor. said he would buy me a set of stock cast pistons. LOL maybe once i get started really working on it hell get into it some. he thinks it has to be running to be worth it though.........i dont see it running until god......gator drag next year if it ends up anything like 06 LOL

nice truck, my old man just sold his. he had a 69 f100 that he just dropped a 390 in. it also has a 3 on the tree. that thing was a boat and hauled ass! looks like you have a nice project.

what about front sheet metal on those? what years?

I got some ..I'm pretty sure all the sheetmetal is the same from 76or 68 tp 72?..something like that..you can check with LMC..I have some spare parts..but mostly full trucks....I might have a fender..I could check..definately dont have a hood
