well its time to take it off got some bubbles on the back window and some scratches on the passenger side. i know you can use amonia anybody got some know how for me?
soapy water, razor blades and a good bit of time also remove the door panels it will make it a little easier ....DO NOT attempt to use a product with amonia in it
if u have a rear window defroster u may want to get the rear glass steamed off if u want the defroster to work after removal....you can get the entire car steamed off but this method can get kinda costly
USE A RAZOR AND PAINT THINER TO GET ALL OF THE EXCESS OFF
well i was kinda hopin the defroster would peel off with the tint i never use it and i want all clear glass. oh and i will be removing all the interior before i start
the defroster won't actually peal off with the tint but the lines will get broken and it won't work or may not work right
amonia gums the glue back up and just makes one hell of a mess
I heard u can use a steamer???? never tried but it's an idea....
Oh...I used it on my windows after I took it off my windows, but I used a razor too.
