Explorer / Ranger Mirror Question...

I have a 1998 Explorer Sport and have changed out almost every stock part on the body with somethin else or somethin custom. I was wondering since I can't find aftermarket side view mirrors for an Explorer, can I use ones that are made to fit a Ranger of the same year?? Cal-Vu makes a tight mirror for a '98 Ranger, but it doesn't say anything about the Explorer...are the mirrors and housing for them that different? They look so similar, but I don't wannna spend like 400 dollars on them and have them not fit!! Any knowledge you guys may have in this would really help me out and be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance to all who reply!! - Steve

NO MIRRORS ARE WORTH 400 IN MY OPINION I WOULD RATER PAY SOMEONE 400 TO SHAVE IF I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO IT MYSELF

Well ,thanks for your insight, but I am not concerned with the price, my main concern is if aftermarket ranger mirrors will fit on an explorer of that same year. If they do, then I will look you up Andy when I get a definate answer. Thanks guys
