s-10 blazer swap

this may be a dumb question but is the blazer and s-10 frame the same, i was just curious if you could swap the bodies?

nope well from the front to the doors yes but from the doors back nope

thats what i was thinking ive never worked on a blazer and i figured the frame would be different at the rear.
