99+ silverado electrical center

I was wondering how exactly you guys relocate the electrical center and coolant resevoir. Im sorta lost. I was just going to build little pedestals for them and weld them down to the frame. Any help would be appreciated.

ok, i got the electrical center relocated, as well as the coolant resevoir. I built a battery box into the tub to retain the stock location. My next problem is HOOD HINGES. What does it take to keep them from hitting the tires. I cut out slots in the tubs for the hinges to go down through and i was going to build pockets for them to tuck into but they go so low that they rub the tires.

I had to take my spring assymbly out and leave just the hinge part.
