hey guys im lookin for a program that i can watch regular dvds with on my computer, i used to have one called power dvd but it was kind of a pos program, any input is appreciated.

Try AVS
A recent version of Win media player would do the job too
I have AVS on my laptop and it sometimes sucks but mainly does the job.
On my pc I have WinDVD and it's better IMO
Try those and let see which one you prefer.
