looks like he may have gotten t-boned and maybe hit somethin else or rolled it, not sure, whats exactly happened?

In GM trucks the passanger air bags wont go off unless there is someone in the seat. I'm guessing since the hit was on the passanger side is why the driver's bag didnt deploy. But glad the guy is okay.

most newer airbags only go off in just the right situation ie it has to be head on or close to it and you have to be on the brakes, and going faster than 5 mph if you never hit your brakes most of the time the bags will not go off and glad to hear he is ok.
