So thanks to nick from fresno i have slams in the front of the frontier now. Now, the driver side front dump valve is always open. Its an SMC 3/8 and air blows right threw it. When i click down on my switch box i dont even hear the relay clicking at all. no sound, nothing. Im thinking when the bag blew and slammed the truck it may have pulled a wire or something. ive got to check it out some more... Any one have a similar valve issue?

Yeah I'm pretty sure that 'bad batch' cost airlift some serious business. They have always looked after us when there has been a problem, but there were just too man problems. We only install em now if the customer has supplied them. if we're putting an order together for someone, then its getting slams or contis.
For the valve, you cant hear the solenoid clicking? Since you know what valve it is, you should be able to check the power supply and ground easily enough.

after your done with your nap check power and ground, and then tap the butt of a skrewdriver on the valve. If that don't work they are super easy to pull apart, the diafram may have been blown out of place and won't seal.
