I frequent 3 different forums. This one is the most fun for sure. One of the others, I am the "know nothing" guy and they're all about info. And the other, I have to tell you guys that as much drama that you think we have here is nothing compared it. These guys must hide in the bushes ready to attack the next guy that post anything that might smell weird.
I just wanted to say thanks for being respectful and making it fun for most of us.

let me guess, the engineering forum is the "know nothing" forum. Engineers can be pretty pretentious, but they did have to endure about 140 cr hrs of math and physics to get the paper.
This place is about the nicest to guys starting out as I have ever seen. Too bad there is too much misinformation, its hard to get a credible reply to know the info is correct.
If I hear a two-link "worked for me" one more time I will probably throw up. But I agree SSM is a great site.

I have to agree with max...this place is waaaa yyyyy better then a couple other forums I frequent...and just out of curiousities sake, what is the other forum...a chassi forum perhaps...

I've seen a few sites that make this place look like a dream. Theres a HotRodder site thats pretty crazy thats been talked about here. And the a 4x4 site that will tear anyone a new asshole for asking a simple question, or not paying to search.

i just get on ssm and dfwminis.com forums and both are very good sites for newbies. there is a few on dfwminis that are not always nice but it's all in good fun.
