anyone know how much it would cost to ship a truck from aus. to the us?

I am not totally sure on the cost, do not forget to look into the importing laws. Lots of rules to what and how you can import. Good luck.

a godawfull amount of money! the reason skylines cost 10K in aussie and 80K here for the same thing is shipping and the cost of making it roadworthy for the US im sure a truck wouldnt be that much but it would be up there

yea, i agree with the other guys. i thought it was hard enough to ship an intake manifold to canada, ha. took forever and was pretty expensive.

probably not as much as people make it sound like.

Companies importing cars from japan are making some pretty good money. They buy the vehicle's super cheap there, spend some money to get them on a container and ship them over here and jack the price way up.

Can you not find what you are looking for in Japan perhaps?

You would run into the same problems coming from Japan.

its actually not that bad if you just ship by sea. My uncle is going through the paperwork to ship over 2 Toyota Fj64's right now from Saudi Arabia. Its only costing him a little over $1000 bucks or so.

he's been working on them for a few years there while hes over there for work, a 68 and a 71 or something like that
