will this offset work on my 2006 chevy crew cab

i'm looking to get some 22's.the ones i'm looking at are 22x9.5 offsets +20mm/+30mm the 30mm would tuck more is what they said.dose anyone know the offset so i can lay frame on 22's .like to do same size offset front and back.
