Fogged/Glazed Headlights???

Does anyone know what would be causing headlights to get fogged or glazed with a yellowish tint on vehicles that are only 4-5 years old? I've been looking around at used cars for my lil' bro and almost every vehicle I've been seeing has headlights like this. I can't understand it...Any feedback would be appreciated!

condensation/not cleaning them. wet same em w/ some 1500 then buff em

you must be looking at just Fords. my old Ranger and old Explorer did it. nothing else ive owned has done it. Damn Fords!

Nope...Camry, Civic, Mazda 626, etc. ...pretty much anything that is like 4-5 years old...it's a friggin' epidemic!.......
