Tom Mccmurdos Yellow Mazda..

Anyone here remember the like sept. 96 or 97 issue of minitruckin that had tom mccmurdos yellow mazda on the cover.. It was a truck he grabbed and done quick for a show and it was like the first truck that i fell in love with back in the day.. i was just wondering if anyone knew where i could find pics of it again or the layout and what the hell ever happend to it.. i know he probobly just sold it off to some kid who thrashed it and its in a junk yard or something but i never seen much of it after that issue.. anyways anyone with info please hit me up.. it had some 16 inch 3 spoke rims on it..

i remember it, gray interior with yello piping. i think the name of those wheels were antera opus 1. still have the issue also. I was flipping thru a current magazine or an internet site the other day
and swore i saw it in some show coverage but is was only like a front shot and i couldnt make out the wheels. I hope its still around somewhere. was super coll then and still would be today. i think it had one of the old flex thru back windows the opened up on the bottom also.

Yeah i remember that right before they got pulled for safety.. and it had a sir michaels rear roll pan with a cocked license box in it on the drivers side.. Yeah back then i pulled the magazine apart and hung it on my wall.. I was going to get a new tattoo soon and was thinking about incorporating it in my tattoo because it was a big part of the reason i started doing this.. anyways if anyone has any pics or any info please post or email the m to me thanks email is twisted976@verizon.net

Hell yea that mazda was badass. He made a 4-link for my astro van years ago.

I loved that mazda. The chick on the cover was smoking too, back when they used real Cali girls and not wallered out porn stars.

i thought it was body dropped? the layed out pic of it looks like any mazda with a four link and no body drop..
