ok my new mazda is static for now. anyways this week im serioustly broke and i got hung up on a speed bump and it bent my bracket that my torsion bars mount to under the door and the bolt slipped out. is there any way i can fix this, if i bend it back and put the bolt back in there will it hurt if i weld the key or washer thing ( looks like half a tube) that's on the bolt and weld it to the bracket? or what can i do wont be able to afford bags for the front for a few weeks and it's a daily

besides the damage there is a way to get your torsions out of the way.Try re-indexing them.....where they go into your control arm or in the rear bracket(depending on manufacturer) the end is cast as a spline(multiple teeth) Take the bar out and turn it to relocate the arm the bolt goes into a bit higher.That way when you crank those bitches down they will be sitting higher than they were.
