Can-Do 4 links

So I have a chance to get a 96 Sonoma to replace my 94. It has a can-do 4 link on it. What's everyone's oppinions on these? The only Can-Do links i've seen were reverse...did they make a forward link? I'm waiting on more information from the truck's owner, just trying to learn some about the link
