Try aircraft stripper,it might work
yes get the REAL aircraft striper in blue cans you can get it at walmart. it will remove it slowly or sand blast it which is slow. with the striper the warmer it is better it works. its what we use when something gets messed up
Get aircraft stripper, the Mal-Hyde brand. I get it by the gallon and brush it on, I don't like the spray on. Use it warm, brush in only one direction, and let ti sit for about 15 minutes and scrape it off. Then wire wheel the small parts off after you neutralize the stuff on the metal.
We heat our parts up then sand blast them. The heat makes it come off much easier. The aircraft stripper isnt a bad idea. I would still heat up the part though.
