electrical help

this prob isn't the right place for this post but ohh well one of our shop vans is acting wierd and i can't figure it out it is a 96 dodge caravan and i was pulling the radio our and all of the stuff that was add on it and was cutting the constant power wire for a modulater and dvd player and my kliens touched the ground strap for the radio well i checked all of the fuses and all of them are good but the power door locks and the parking lights and everything that takes constant power with the vehicle off does not work they said it is a resetting fuse that you have to go to the dealership to get it reset any one know how to reset it or have any ideas

hmmm never had to reset a fuse. Maybe a breaker but no fuse. Did you cheack every fuse under the hood as well as under the dash.

sounds like a short in the wire somewhere or you really what to get into it PULL the hole dash and trace the wire and you might find the " RESET FUSE " just giving my 2cents
