i need a photoshop please!

can someone please do a photoshop for me. i don't have a picture, but can someone photoshop an 2000ish gmc sierra(white) std.cab, bagged,not bodydropped, on 22" eagle alloy 026 wheels. i'd like to have a side shot but any and all other views would be greatly appreciated. i want to get a truck, and just wanted to get an idea of how my ideas would look. also, is photoshop free? if so, how would i go about downloading it onto my apple(mac) laptop. thanks guys.
