ok...was wonderin what people do in areas where they get morning dew(sp) and shit like that and have primered vehicles. i was told by a some body shops that primer isn't too good for a vehicle for extended periods of time because it can still rust the metal out thru the primer or somethin like that. i can't afford paint right now so that option is out. any info on this would be cool. thanks.
Yepp a primer surfacer is not waterproof. Water can still seep through below the primer film and into the metal/mud. One way to rid this problem is to either run a primer sealer under the primer on the surface or just find a good looking sealer you prefer and spray that down over the existing primer as a temp. topcoat if you're not planning on paint for a while.
Prime it with Epoxy its water proof.............. and u can do filler work on top of it

lol because i don't like any of the other flat colors and it goes with my shitty interior. ok well maybe the copper pearl. :)
