hey just a question has anybody ordered anything from them? if so, have you recieved it? i placed an order on the 21 of august and still have not recieved it or heard anything. i have sent numerious e-mail, and even brought paypal into it. any advise?

Ive tried ordering from the monarch myspace page... the messages i sen them have been read but havent ever gotten a reply.... choc another site up to great customer service.
