my friend wants me to lower her sport trac, only kit i found was mis alignments cams and a 2" block... is the only way to lower these in the front uncranking the torsion bars or puttin bags on? she is gonna put 22s on it eventually so cant be toooo low, but i dont think a 2" drop would be worth it..

there was a guy in newnan a few years ago with a slammed sport trac. james helped him lower it, so he knows more about it than i do. i think all it had in the front was a t-bar crank, and it had blocks and drop leafs in the back. im not 100% sure though.

flipping the torsion keys and either a block or drop leaf springs.
just "loosening" the torsion keys will only yeild like a 2 in drop.

ya i think the 2" is all she needs, she would fawk something up if i hammered it and especially since she wants 22s... she would huck her truck up into a parkin lot and rub hard haha women drivers.. haha jk

Torsion keys and a block will get you 2/3. Honestly, bags is the way to go.
