please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok just bagged a 96 tacoma on 18s all around and had the battery out of it for the past two days and now it wont start. i removed the vacume thang on the drivers inner finder and most of the air intake now wat do i need to do to make it run and i cant hear the fuel pump

did you remove the bed? because if you did you might not have connected the ground for the fuel pump and check all grounds
