Recently ive been trying to market our shop truck, and havent gotten much if any
response. We're asking $7,500. Im trying to figure out if my price is to high?
(keep in my we got over 12k in it, plus countless hours) I think its a good deal, what you yall think
My father is wanting to sell his suburban. Its been his daily for around 8
years or so, and its actually quite nice. He doesnt have the
time/motivation/money to do what he wants with it and would like to see it
go to a new home. It looks decent right now, its got an 8 year old PPG base
clear paint job on it right now that looks really good. Its dark blue/green
with ghost flames. In a few areas on the hood the clear is begining to
delaminate because its got 6-8 coats of clear to cover the paint edge on the
flames. The rust repair has all been done on the lower parts of the body
(rockers *inner and outers*, Misc lower patch panels). There is a little
rust bubbling coming up from the drip rail seam, and some bubbling going on
in the tailgate. The body is pretty much stock mods wise. It does have chevy
symbol taillights and an led 3rd brake light, and it has a louvered hood.
The motor is a basic 300 or so hp small block 350 with around 75,000 miles
on it as does all the suspension (bushing, shocks and misc, have all been
replaced). Its dropped around 5-7 or so and has air bags in the rear for
tow assist. Interior is nice, but could use a little bit of attention to
make it show worthly again. Its dual bench and has dual a/c (a/c has never
been hooked up *one of the things we never got around to*). It has some
basic aluminium wheels on it 15 inchers that i have never really presonally
like that much. With this truck you could basically touch up a few thing on
the body, repaint it, rim it, throw on some air, and have a bad ass show
truck or daily driver. We're looking to get $7,500 for it but are open to
offers. We're just tired of watching it sit and not get used like it
should. If i wasnt building my datsun id be all over it but i gotta put my

you might want to take that last pic out or just take another with the trsy closed.

i dunno, the truck just isn't really an eye catcher, there's a lot of other trucks you can buy for 7500 dollars that might turn a better eye.
put it on 20's and you'd prolly sell it faster.

You will only get that amount from someone who really likes those old burbans.
There not to popular.
Plus you can get old hot rods for that amount of money. You should try 5k
