holley distributor..help please.

my friend is trying to sell me a holley distributor brand new billet for 125 for my 302. the only thing is i cant fidn any information on it anywhere online. called jegs they dont know. holley has nothing on their site and the tech line is closed on the weekend. does anyone know anything about holley distributors? why are they not made anymore etc.? i asked for help wuick because he has another guy that wants it and is just going to give it to him for more later tonight if i cant decide. thanks

holley dont make dizzys(i dont think) its prob an MSD which i think is owned by holley.

yeah get it, and youll need a msd or similiar box to hook it up. (that is of course it is not an old points dist..)
