i was wondering.... could u take out the 94 ranger dash and put in a 97 ranger dash? if so would you have to do diff stuff for to the "wiring"

no there different, cluster wont work since 95 is electronic speedo and 93/94 is cable drivin. BUT it should fit right in there. also a/c controls are electronic instead of cable driven.
