a buddie of mine did the same thing on his blazer. i think it's a pretty kool eazy mod looks good.

Thanks, They came off a buick. As far as the latch I'm keeping it where it is stock. I've got to get two of those rubber pieces for the front of the hood to put on the back and it will be done.

Hey I was wondering what kind of buick you got your hinges off of are
they the hood hinges? someone had said you can use the door hinges but
it is really wobbly im all in stereo equipment and ive always went for
sound now im doing body work and stuff and its alot harder lol i shaved
the top of my blaze and added a moon roof body lines lights signals the
whole nine yards and i am putting on a cowl induction but i wanted a
hood swap and i really like the way yours sets think you can help me out?

ive used a set off of 89 buick regal before the were very easy just make sure you dont unhook the latch cable before you close it the first time

its a late 80's early 90's buick LeSABRE hinge (i used a 89 LeSabre)... you can get em at the junkyard for about 20 bucks......

wanna post some pics of where you mounted the hinges and maybe a lil text walk thru as for parts and shit

what bolts, washers, plates?, etc etc
