I have this problem with my solenoids. My passenger door stopped working first and now my drivers door is starting to act up. It makes a slight popping sound and it will not pop the door. Once the truck is running and I push the button the solenoid works fine. What could be the problem?

ADJUST UR TENSION ON THE SOLENOIDS, SOUNDS LIKE UR CABLES HAVE STRETCHED A LITTLE

What he said. Also spray some white lithium grease on the solenoid and move them back and forth. Alot of times dirt and shit gets in there!

Key here is he said, "Once the truck is running, it works fine". Your probably looking at a power problem, i would try changing the battery.

if cables are out of adjustment, itll take more power to fire them than normally needed when they are adjusted properly.
