O.K. anybody selling a beginer mini

My neighbor wants to get into mini's, due to the lack of people selling there ride's. We are looking for a mini (maybe bagged) or B-Ded for around 1500, 2000 any good starter projects.

ive got a 84 s10 bagged and bded,problem is it doesnt run,motor did run ok but the whole truck needs to be rewired.

I got a buddy with a doored yota with IRS and 18's for like 2500 to 3000 and it runs and drives.
