i bought a kit from jegs that has two carbs but it has some problems. the kit said it had 600 cfm but it came with 450 cfm, the secondary mech. doesn't work right it gets stuck when it comes parrallel to the ground. so my question is do you think i should return and get the two 600 cfm holley carbs or should i get a different type and if so what type?
Mark

u shoulda returned it when u got it if it was the wrong thing anyways.. but u would be fine with 2 600's with the linkages to make them in parralelsaw ur second post after i posted and 2 600's is wayyy overkill for that lil motor.. u would be fine with 1 600 or a nice 650
what intake are you running? 2 600s are fine, the 450's are "tunnel ram" carbs. depending on what you have inside your motor, you could go bigger, but also depends on what your doin. "saw ur second post after i posted and 2 600's is wayyy overkill for that lil motor" -this guy is right, sort of. he would prolly tell me that 2 850 dominators on my 351 is umm wayyy overkill also
