Who was buildingbuiling the 72 Citroen DS.....

One of the guys on here was working on a side project, a 72 Citroen DS 19, I seem to recall. The sic fukr had built a square tube frame for it and had it on baggs....Anyone know who that was and what the status on the project is? It was wicked and I want more pics! anyone remember who that was?
