tucking a 20x8 wheel with a 38mm offset..

Can I use adapters with a 20x8 fwd wheel with a 38mm offset on a 98 bodydropped S-10 ?... Would a 1.25 thick adapter work and let the wheel tuck?...thanx for the help

well.... IF the Wheel has a 38mm offset and the adapter is 31.75mm thick. Then that leaves you with a total offset of 6.25mm. So the wheel should tuck because most s10s take a 0-15mm. The lowest i have ran is a 10mm.
