i don't think it should all be cenetered, if you're going for the old skool look it should have a decent amount of slop to it, to create that 'genuine' look of what those kick ass tattoo's of yester year looked like.
I'm normally really mean, but i happen to think that tat looks good and the style all seems to be right on.
can't wait to start my next sleeve.
