Ford Explorer will not start (Need Help)

I just got my truck back from paint and it's been sitting in my driveway for a couple of weeks. It started for me before, but not it will not do nothing you turn the key and nothing. Just need a little guidence. Thanks also has anyone had a problem popping your hood. The cord has a lot of slack and it will not pop, any insite on how to manually pop a hood too thanks again and sorry for the book.

is the theft light flashing when you turn the key on if it is the pcm has lost the key program and it must be recoded at dealership
