anyone got any good pics of new body sdimes sportin 350 carborated chevy motors..im interested in seeing close up shots of where things are setting and clearance and exhaust manifolds mainly.. i think the old 327 manifolds might work but i may have to shorten them at the drop out a few inches.. i dont want to get anything custom bent or made so any help of pics or what people are doing and what other problems i might run into would be great.. i already have it mounted but wont get it fired till this weekend thanks

Just curious as to why you are wanting to run manifolds vs. headers? I realize it's probably a money issue, but steering clearance and overall preformance will be greatly improved if you run them. I don't have any pics of one in a new body, so I might not be any help to you.

i would buy some shorty headers (block hugger headers) but i am affraid they may get into my factory upper a arm all the s10s i have seen with these swaps have tubular uppers and thats great if i wasnt building this truck to make a profit off it.. i want to build a old school rat rod model a but i picked this up to do up and sale to make a few thousand and my goal is truck bash.. anyways if shorty headers are shorter then the 327 manifolds and do not stick out to touch my factory upper a arm then awesome i would love to run them
