yea Minimum Height is 2.8
be careful with that measurement. I've seen installations where that bag sat around 3-3 1/8" collapsed, and the installer had to modify the brackets to get as low as their Firestone bags got them. The Slams have an internal stop on the top and bottom plates, and if they don't lay perfectly flat this will raise the collapsed height a bit- just food for thought!

yes, you need to make sure you have enough weight to squish that internal bump stop to 2.8, the bigger bags take hundreds of lbs of force to squish completely and some trucks just dont have the weight, especially in the rear.
i put them in to day and they work at 2.8. the bags are on my lower links so the crush all the way.
