Anyone planning on using Kustomwerks out of TN?

Kustomwerks is a shop out of north TN. I brought my truck to them around Christmas of 2005. They told me that it would take 6-8 weeks to rebag it and do a stock floor body drop. Over 6 months later my truck is still in pieces and they won't return my phone calls 99% of the time. I have had to talk to a lawyer to sue Kustomwerks to get my truck back in pieces.
Be aware if you are planning on using them for ANY work.
If you want any more detailed info I can send you the entire breakdown of all the BS that they've told me over the last 6 months.

I'll just go ahead and give everyone the list:
1. I should have known from the start something was up when they originally told me it would October and then November and then finally December that they could take my truck in.
2. Started having problem almost immedaitly with them returning my phone calls. Would call the shop and leave message after message as well as call one of the owners cell phone constantly leaving messages that were very rarely returned.
3. Drove to North TN to see my truck the weekend of March 3rd. They promised me that it would be done within 3-4 weeks.
4. 1 week after this I called them to tell them that I was booking a plan ticket and they said it would be another another 3-4 weeks that the "parts from the plasma cutter weren't in yet" (this would become their favorite line).
5. I booked a plan ticket for April 28th giving them almost 2 weeks of extra time.
6. I called them 10 times a day for 2 weeks and finally 2 days before my flight, he picks up the phone and says that parts from the plasma cutter still aren't back so he can't do the gas tank to finish up the rear suspension and he doesn't know when the are going to be done. The first thought is: find a plasma cutter already!
7. His excuse the whole time why he wouldn't answer "I never got your messages." "I've had a lot going on." "My phone doesn't have good service." (But his shop phone is not a cell phone its a land line!)
8. I call and send family members to look at it for weeks and my truck isn't moving.
9. 3 weeks ago he confesses that the truck started off as his "side project" and I was like WTF almost $10,000 worth of work is a "side project?" Come to find out, one guy was working on my truck to keep the majority of the money for himself and cut the shop out of this. I was NEVER made aware of this I wrote 2 checks out to Kustomwerks, not Eric.
10. He promised that my truck would be ready in 30 days and now 15 days later he still won't return my phone calls! So today I contacted my lawyer!

thats what happens they come out strong then get swammped with work they cant handle, then try an do it all anyway an burn out quick sucks

Good luck getting the truck back. Sucks it has to happen. Mental note, I need to get into the arm business, seems to be lots of potential here.

yea i fell in love with that envoy and the work they did on it so I knew that they had the potential to do good work, but yea they are totally swamped when it took them 7 months to get my truck in the shop and when I went on the first of march they had 7 other trucks covered in dust even more untouched than mine!
