what 2 clean tweed wit?

i got black tar crap on brwn tweed ..ne1 know if i can get it out witout discoloring it?

I scrub mine with soap and water and a brush doesn't discolor it but I don't know if youcan get black tar out of it

I use a CLEAN terry cloth and good ol' gasoline.. I was always told to only wipe one way, not back and forth, to ensure you don't rub what you just got out back in.. I have sand color tweed and it works great.

when i had tweed and i got a stain i always use thinner and never had a discoloring problem and it was light grey and blue

wd-40 on another piece of tweed works wonders
