I am about to trailor fender my truck and was wondering if i could run a couple of small beads and then spot weld the rest of it up or would that warp it, or is it best to spot weld the whole thing. When i look at other peoples trucks it looks like one big bead but i could be wrong. Any help is much appreciated

I was goin to get the suicide doors kit they got. They tell you how to measure for the fenders.

98sdrop - This would be the safest way to go since they know the purpose you are using it for. But you can also buy the at your local trailer supply store. If you live in tampa florida there is one on the N.W.corner of hwy60 and us41.

Im pretty sure he knows where to get them. He asked if he should weld a constant bead all the way around or just spot weld them in and seam seal the gaps? If you don't know the answer I would suggest not to post.
