help with my engine

i have a 2003 chevy s-10 every time i change my oil i have small metal shaving on the drain plug now when i start my truck my oil gauge reads about 60 psi after i drive about 5 min and stop it read 30-40 psi at idle do u guys think i have a problem

I am no expert, but the metal shavings sound like a problem indeed.
