body/paint raised flames

NO u use 16 gauge or so sheetmetal cut it out then u got the roll the edge all the way around the perimter and then hammer and dolly it flat shape to panel ur doing thenn start tacking. GO slow so u dont warp once u have it all filled in by skipping aropund tacking and letting cool, grind the welds smooth hit it with wire wheel or sandblast. Epoxy prime it, let that dry then scuff with 80, then u can use lightweight body filler to smooth it all up.
