About 3 days ago I ordered quite a few parts for my s-10 from SUICIDEDOORS.COM I even got 3 stickers and a tee-shirt for free which is bad ass!!!! Everything went smooth, but after I finished ordering I never got an email confirming my order (and or the tracking number). So Im just wondering if its normal for the e-mail to take a few days to get back to the buyer? Cause I know they are re-doing the website and all, so Im also wondering if that has anything to do with it? Oh and I already emailed them and still waiting for a response. Thanks ~JP

Im pretty sure you would be better off picking up the phone and calling them.

i order some stuff for a buddy and he never got the free shirt or the stickers and they took about month for the stuff to get here

definently call them, I ordered a video last month, everything went well but I never got a confirmation or anything just like you,so I called them and they had no record of me ever ordering anything. My card was never charged or anything, It just sucked cause I was expecting a video and never got it.

when i ordered my front kit for my truck, i didnt get an email from them for a while. when i did get it though, my parts were here the next day. the shipping department mite be a little more on the ball then the customer service guys

My brother "BAGGED BELAIR" ordered all his air managment from them and we never got an e-mail on the charge confirmation or shipping confirmation but the items were here in a week. We didn't get to select any stickers for some reason so we put that in "comments" of the order and got, I think, 1 of each The SMC's are back ordered

well since they are re-doing there website, their email may not be working, but i would defenitely call them to make sure they got your order. thanks for the info though because i will be ordering from them here soon.

Even if you didn't get a e-mail it should be all good. I was told They are out of SMC valves right now but should have them in by the first of the week.
