led lights

My truck is in the shop right getting the rearend shaved and i bought me 10.25 inch avs led lights and i am curious to see how many people have them on there daily drivers. Mine is not a daily its just comes on weekands but i want to know if cops with hassle me. Also my truck is red and they gave me one with red bulbs and one with white bulbs so i have to switch them out but would the white bulbs probally be brighter on red. I think it would give more of a brighter red but not postitve. Thanks for any help

bro id just use the the red on red leds especially avs leds are bright as all hell

I've seen the avs leds and If your lights are not on I recommend getting the Hi tech LED they are alot brighter people here get hassled when they got avs lights I havent gotten to much stuff from the law here in Cali

there is a thread with all the laws from last week here somewhere, but bottom line they aren't dot approved, if a cop wants to hassle yuou he will. i have heard of people with try color led's still getting tickets.

You are most likely talking about our old models...we have bright LED boards now...

I dont think i will hasseled to much since i just bring it out on the weekands. Cuz the lights are already installed so im just going to have to deal with the cops if they do bother me.

Sounds like you bought our 10.5 red LEDs with built in reverse lights....you shouldnt have any problems dude to be honest...as long as you have a reverse light most cops wont bother you.

hey i got some on my truck and they are prety brite an i havnt had any troble with cops yet

i had the tri-color bulbs on my truck, with a layer of black paint over them...
i never got hassled...
i only really got hassled for my tag...
