UTI / PENN FOSTER sell your information?

I'm in teh coast guard and when i get out i am eligible for something close to 50 g's from the gi bill since i am active duty, so i was looking for some schools where i could burn uncle sams money up and get me a good edjamucation. So I requested information from UTI and Penn Foster, about manufacturer specific technician programs, and particularly diesel and diesel maint. programs but now i get soooooo much shit mail..I'm not kidding everyday i get at least 5-10 junkmail things from all these different companies/con artists trying to get me to join thier clubs for just one dollar a month!!! anyone else ever have this happen with either of these schools?
